Doing everything possible to ensure that the games are played. The problem in Japan is in a midst of Covid is surging, they only have 3% with some vaccinated/ less than 1% fully vaccinated.
China - instituted a policy that a couple could only have one child. 12/1000 Slowest growth rate since the 1960s. The concern is the future work/labor force.
