North Korea/USA-War that ended in 1953 - Since then we have been at odds. We currently have economic sanctions against them, through the United Nations. If you were to visit the capital city which has 3 million people, you would think all is fine, looks very middle class, high tech, but the rest of the 20 million people live in the country and subsistence farming. The porous border with China - that enables them to get black market products out.
Our concern is with the illegal production of nuclear weapons.
