 Distance learning where wifi and cell are limited presented some challenges last week.  I was able to make contact with all of my classes. For the most part, I felt the classes went OK. I would like to hear from students on what they thought.

To All My Classes

 I will be teaching distance learning this week from Friday to Friday. I will be in a remote place using a car battery, a hot spot, a DC to AC converter, a laptop, and a chrome book to come to you live each day.  Should I encounter any connectivity issues, please check the google classroom for your work.  I plan on being live each day!

Fantasy Football

 Believe it or not, I am playing in three fantasy football leagues this season. There is the Diamond Dog Fantasy Football League, better known as the DDFFL. I consider the DDFFL my main league, we will be starting the 20th season.  The second league I am in is called the East Coast League. I started in this league with a son of mine and brother in law/son of his and their friends. Since we began about nine seasons ago a couple of the guys have moved out west from Virginia and the league is about 60/40 east coasters. And the final league I am in is called the GFL. Don't know what G stands for in GFL. The league has been around for 35 years. I am participating in my second year with the league. I joined the league because one of high school buddies has been in it the entire time.

So the QB's I will be watching this season is...Compilation from all three teams.

Matt Ryan, Cam Newton, Derek Carr, Kirk Cousins,  Daniel Jones, DeShawn Watson, and Aaron Rodgers.

RB's are:

Colleges - Cases are low - some univ. are still sending students home. Too close parties/ local bars, not practicing social distancing.

 National News - Fires in Calif./High temperatures along the west coast. Upland on Sunday 115 degrees. HOT.

The election in America. Electoral College -It takes 270 votes to become president. In the 2000 election, President Bush was elected by the state of Florida- 361 votes - the supreme court had to certify.

International News - Voyeur -  NASA - Launched in 1977 - It sent two satellites out into space - They are currently still moving away from earth.
